Rosemarie Aznavorian

Dr. Rosemarie Aznavorian is a seasoned healthcare professional, national speaker, consultant and author, with more than four decades of experience. Rosemarie currently serves as Senior Vice President of Client Services and Chief Clinical Officer for MedPro Healthcare Staffing.  Prior to returning to South Florida, she served for ten years at Texas Health Resources beginning as President and Chief Nursing Officer for Texas Health Single Source Staffing, a Joint Venture, responsible for the startup, development, and implementation of an enterprise-wide staffing operation for the 29-facility system.  With the success of the program, it was brought inhouse wholly owned, creating the Central Staffing and Patient Logistics Division, and she continued to serve as its Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer. With the financial savings, clinical outcomes and just in time staffing models managing both the contingent float pool and agency staffing for clinical and non-clinical, she has assisted with implementing this model at several healthcare systems including Yale New Haven Health , Adventist West, and OSF Healthcare. She earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Texas Christian University, her Masters in Nursing Administration and Bachelors of Nursing, both at Barry University in Miami.  She is board certified in Executive Nursing Practice (CENP) by the American Organization of Nurse Leaders, is a Certified Contingent Workforce Professional  (CCWP) by the Staffing Industry Analysts and has held her CCRN certification for over 40 years.
