Alejandra Angel 

Alejandra Angel has been at Baptist Hospital of Miami for 16 years. She is currently a Clinical Nurse Educator and is involved in many projects that impact both patient and hospital outcomes, professional development and education. She has had the honor of winning Magnet Nurse of the Year three times and is very passionate about advocating for clinical bedside nurses especially nurse residents new to the profession. In 2023 she presented a poster here at the Nursing Consortium of Florida fall conference on a Hospital Acquired Pressure Injury Prevention Bundle and now is here speaking about the delicate topic of End-of-Life and the educational gaps in the current nursing curriculums.
