About the Event

NCOF hosts bi-annual conferences in the Spring and Fall to build community within the nursing industry, offer world class education, and inspire innovation and collaboration among peers.

Each conference attracts nationally renowned speakers and approximately 500 nurse leaders employed in practice and academic settings from entry-level positions through executive leadership.

Conference Theme

The theme of the event this fall is “Building & Maintaining a Culture of Nursing Excellence.” As such, the program is designed to have a unique focus on workplace culture, recruitment and retention, and/or improvement in outcomes and experience.
