Licensure and Certification
The American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) offers more than 37 specialty and advanced practice certification examinations each year. These ANCC Certification exams are administered by authorized testing agencies at locations around the country. Applicants must choose their desired test-site location on the credentialing application for written exams or select from a list provided by the testing agency for computer-based exams.
